Neighborhood Sports Car Race Driver Bob Drennan lived a dream by driving at Road America at Elkhart Lake, WI on May 17, 2009. Not only did he compete, but he won.

Bob is old enough to be a Geezer and has been road racing and drag racing since the early '50's. Check our calandar for our first Satruday Bob's Big Boy Cruise. I'll bet Bob will be there.

Hi Race Fans,
Its that time of year so Jim Del Nostro and I brought my black & gold 56' Delray to this great car show.  We didn't win, but hell we won the last two years with the 57' Fuelie and the 56' Vette race car!  The highlight of the show was the reuniting of Doug Hooper and the famous # 66 "Alligator", in which he won so many races in the mid-sixties.
This Sports Racer is one of the few sports car that Frank Curtis built.  Its a wider version of his Indy Car chassis, it weighs 1,600 lb., has a 331" Chevy set back 10% and goes like a "Raped Ape".!
